“I just thought I can’t do this anymore, and it was just like a flash that hit me and I thought that’s it.”

Abortions are inevitable, while I remain pro-life, let's be honest here; Stem cell research is the future of genetics, and nothing we do will stop classified government research. Eventually it will find its way into everyday human life.

stem cells can also be obtained from cord blood... doesn't actually require abortion.

Hmmm, I didn't realize cord blood had steam cells. Interesting.

Many times abortion and the death penalty are thrown around under debate as strictly political issues while religiously it goes unmentioned. This is probably because most of us who are religious or believe in something would most likely say both are fundamentally wrong because you are destroying a life. As that may be the case I could also argue the same is true politically as the constitutions intent was to protect individual rights versus mob-rule.

I'm confused.

As far as I've seen, more often than not, people who are pro-life are not anti death penalty.

Yea, that is the case usually, because a fetus is an innocent soul from God...while a death row inmate obviously did something wrong to get there...like being poor and black.

I guess you missed the key question:

What is considered a "life" under the Constituion?

I read it Juan, it was pretty pathetic and self serving. A mentally ill doctor thinks hes saving women by scraping their fetii off their uterii, rotfl. Theres a special spot in hell for that monster.

people who don't plan, don't want, and don't know how to care of kids shouldn't have sex

and people should not rape people or believe that other people actually want to have sex with them unless the feeling's are confirmed and mutual

- that is only a disclaimer such negligence unfortunately does occur; mostly among certain groups more than others

this simply increases negligent breeds which makes it increasingly more chaotic to prevent such irrational behavior

Even when negligence doesn't occur, birth control can fail sometimes... should these responsible people be punished because some irresponsible people use abortion as their primary form of birth control?

this sounds suspiciously like trolling to me...

btw, it's not a fetus until the end of the first trimester, at which point it's about 1.25 inches long and would not survive outside the mother's body... just thought I'd throw that out there.

lol yeah Im a troll who just happens to break national stories, you got me...

I took several days to read that article, and I posted my reaction, I thought it was succinct and clear.

edit: regarding your fetus timeline, that distinction may matter to you but it doesnt to me. You may think Im trolling, but to me the inability to recognize human life is a sign of mental illness. Its just incomprehensible to me that someone can actually delude themselves into denying the biological reality of life by setting some sort of benchmark when life actually begins.

Because he doesn't recognize your definition of human life, he's crazy? That's interesting.

As for the trolling part, I was referring to your colorful choice of language.

What constitutes life?

1 cell? 2?
